Mukurweini Technical Training Institute provides user-centered service, which embraces the use of new technologies as well as traditional learning materials to inform and enable the training process. Library services are key and central to enhancing the trainees and trainers experience through its resources and facilities, and this contributes to developing a skilled, innovative and employable graduate workforce. In addition, the library aims to foster good relationships with other academic libraries and information services, especially those within the TVET education sector to sufficiently meet its clientele’s information needs.

The library operates as follows:

1. Monday – Friday from 7.00am -9.00pm 
2. >Saturday from 8.00am -12.30 pm. 
3. Sundays and public holidays- closed
